PREVIOUS EDITIONS

The "Multivariate Statistical Analysis MSA 2021" project was co-financed by the Minister of Education and Science under the "Excellent Science" program DNK/SP/515427/2021.

The project includes the organization of the international conference "Multivariate Statistical Analysis MSA 2021". The main objectives of the project are (1) to prepare and conduct an international forum for discussion and exchange of opinions on current research in the field of statistics and directions of development of statistics during the conference on November 8-10, 2021 and (2) to disseminate the results of statistical research presented during the sessions in the form of publications 30 scientific articles until December 31, 2022. The MSA conference has a long tradition and is organized periodically. It is addressed to academics of universities, doctoral students, students, employees of financial institutions, employees of statistical offices, representatives of private companies and guests from abroad. The subject matter of the conference covers a wide spectrum of issues of multidimensional statistical analysis, concerning e.g. multivariate distributions, statistical inference, non-parametric methods, data classification methods, discriminant analysis, Monte Carlo methods, Bayesian methods and Data Mining. Papers on the application of statistical methods in economic sciences, finance and insurance, social and natural sciences are also presented.

The value of co-financing from the state budget is PLN 46,530
The total value of the task is PLN 52,130

Jubilee
90th anniversary of the birth of Zbigniew Pawłowski
(Prof. Janusz Wywiał, University of Economics in Katowice)
