Apart from the Faculty of International and Political Studies, the organisers of the congress include the Polish Political Science Association (PPSA) and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
We invite all political researchers to reflect on these and many other issues, regardless of their areas of interest – political scientists, political philosophers, specialists in international relations, security, social communication, public policy, and administration. Contrary to appearances, this is not a task only for futurologists or forecasters, because a thorough understanding of past and current states of phenomena, processes, and institutions as well as possible paths of their development, instruments with which they can be influenced, their sensitivity to stimuli from the environment is an essential starting point for predicting the future. We encourage all political researchers to consider the implications of current processes and trends
– the organisers wrote on the website of the congress.
The discussions will take place at the University of Lodz in the following buildings:
- building of the Faculty of International and Political Studies (Składowa 43 and Lindleya 3/5),
- building of the Institute of Psychology (Al. Rodziny Scheiblerów 2).
