The University of Lodz is going to receive additional funding for research until 2026. Internal grant competitions have been implemented since 2020.

University of Lodz IDUB grants competition is a pro-quality initiative focused on building research excellence at our University. We invest the funds obtained under the subsidy to support the best ideas and research projects carried out by our employees. Through implementation of professional internal competitions, we want to not only support those of our scientists who have the most interesting ideas for research, but also create a mechanism under which our employees, especially these young ones, will gain the necessary experience in applying for funding and managing research projects, which will pay off when applying for prestigious external grants in the future
