The conference devoted to non-classical logics was initially held in Lodz in September 2008 and 2009. Later on, it was organised alternately in Toruń (2010, 2012, 2015, 2018) and Lodz (2011, 2013, 2016, 2022). Its proceedings are held in English (80 percent of the participants are foreign guests). It serves as a forum to exchange innovative research results and to review works in the broadly understood field of non-classical logics and their applications.
The topics of this year's, eleventh edition, will include, among other things, complex names and the so-called term-forming operators, both in the philosophical context and formal properties, as well as applications in mathematics and computer science (e.g. in databases or ontologies).
As part of this year’s conference, the 9th Workshop on Connexive Logics will also be held on 8 and 9 September 2024.
