Support for the mentors

During the inauguration, Jacek Bełdowski, Executive Coach and Mentor of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, who, together with Marta Skrzydlewska, a trainer and supervisor, support the project's mentors, also took the floor. In addition to training, mentors can take advantage of group supervisions in the coming year, which will help them to be even more effective guides for their mentees.

Mentorship project – cooperation that creates value

Since its inception, the University of Lodz Mentorship Project has become one of the most valued initiatives supporting the development of young people. Hundreds of participants have taken part in previous editions, for whom the experiences they gained were often crucial in shaping their career path. The programme connects students with experts from various industries, enabling them to acquire practical skills, develop soft skills and broaden their professional horizons. It is also a space for building relationships based on mutual trust and inspiration. Thanks to this initiative, the University of Lodz is strengthening its position as a university open to diversity and cooperation, creating a space where science meets practice, and vision meets action.
