During the concert, we will soothe your frayed nerves with the sounds of Tibetan bowls and introduce you to a deep state of relaxation with aromatic incense sticks and essential oils.
Tomasz Aleas will be the pilot of this mystical symphony of senses and sounds.

We recommend bringing a blanket to sit on. If you prefer, you can also sit on the grass or on a lawn chair.
During the concert, focus on the sounds, allow yourself to calm down and choose a position that is comfortable for you (lying, sitting or any other position).

Michał Saczuk, who is a third-year student of "International Cultural Studies" at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the University of Lodz is the organiser of the event as part of the subject "Cultural management – economic and legal aspects".
