The Search for the Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine (LDGM) is an experiential simulation programme. It is designed to be an engaging challenge and provides great insights into the secret of true teamwork.
Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine simulates the setting of the desert where participants must get to the mine and mine as much gold as they can and return home. It is an exercise where teams are provided with a mission and a challenge, given resources and information and then asked to make a variety of choices to develop and execute their plan. The situations that arise are designed to apply directly to real-time situations; participants then can relate to and apply the learning from the simulation to life!
