POSITION DESCRIPTION
- As the Dean of the Faculty of Management: manages the Faculty and represent the one, makes decisions regarding the functioning of the Faculty, supervisoring Faculty employees and students. Managing the Dean's College
- As the Head of the Chair of Management: represents the Chair, manages its activities and development, makes decisions related to its functioning, organizes and supervises the scientific and didactic work of Chair's employees
- As the Chairman of the Committee of the University of Lodz for academic degrees in the Discipline of management and quality studies, manages its work and supervises the development of the discipline.
BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
- From 2016 Dean of the Faculty of Management;
- In the years 2012-2016 Vice-Dean for Program and Student Affairs;
- From 2012 - Head of the Chair of Management at the University of Lodz, Head of the Sub-department of Knowledge Management, and from 2020 Head of the Sub-department of Management Theory;
- Since 2015, a member of the Organization and Management Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN)
- 2012 - degree of doctor habilitated in economics based on the dissertation "Modelling employee competencies in an organization";
- 1999 - PhD in economics in the field of management sciences based on the thesis "Internal determinants of the strategic situation of the enterprise". Promoter: prof. dr hab. Marcin Bielski;
- Research internships at: University of Texas (Austin, USA), IC2 Institute (2003); Middlesex University - Business School, London (1994); European School of Management (EAP) Oxford (1993);
- Since 1995, working at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz in the Chair of Management.

- Multiple winner of WZ statuettes (student awards), the title of "Lecturer of the Year at the Faculty of Management" (2009, 2010) and "Lecturer of the University of Lodz" (competition organized by the Independent Students' Association) (2010)
- Dean's Award of the Faculty of Management of University of Lodz (2006-2007)
