Minister Dariusz Wieczorek awarded scholarships to students for the academic year 2023/2024 for significant scientific, artistic and sports achievements. The one-time scholarship is PLN 17,000. Among 386 winners from universities across Poland, there are two students from the University of Lodz, i.e. Anna Krakowiak (audiovisual media and digital culture) – culture and religion studies and Jacek Stanisławski (law) – legal studies.
Additionally, scholarships of the Marshal of the Lodz Voivodeship for significant achievements in the field of science have been awarded for the 18th time. They were awarded to 46 high school students and 35 students of public and private universities in the voivodeship. The winners include 12 students from the University of Lodz:
