ESN is known for its commitment to supporting exchange students and organising various events to enhance their cultural exchange. Through the mentorship programme, ESN aims to create a network of support for newcomers, ensuring that they have access to guidance and assistance throughout their time in Lodz.

The Welcome Point at the University of Lodz's Library will serve as a hub for incoming students, where mentors will be available to provide information, answer questions, and offer support. By connecting with mentors, new students can quickly acclimate to the campus and feel part of the vibrant ESN community.
"Having mentors at the welcome point is crucial in ensuring that international students feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive," emphasises Michele, HR Manager of ESN UL. "Our mentors play a key role in helping students overcome any challenges they may face and connecting them with resources to make their experience in Lodz memorable."
