The meeting with Kaja Bilska – an educator specialising in good communication and a former chef at Majne Szwajne – is an event accompanying the photography exhibition “HIDDEN – Animals in the Anthropocene” by We Animals.
From Kaja’s power speech you will learn, among other things:
- What are expectations and what impact do they have on our reality?
- What is the mythical comfort zone and how to get out of it and not go crazy?
- What is the method of small steps leading to a big change?
During the meeting, Kaja will introduce the secrets of plant-based cuisine and tell us how to enjoy making conscious choices and how to listen to what our body is telling us. Participants will also have the opportunity to try plant-based dishes prepared by the vegan bistro Majne Szwajne.
The philosophy that accompanies me in cooking is simplicity – it should be homemade and crafty. It is a nod to the flavours of childhood, dishes prepared from the heart and with care, like at mom's or grandma's, but... with a modern twist! Awareness and mindfulness are also extremely important elements of this process for me
– explains Kaja Bilska.
Love for the world and all its creatures is the foundation that everyone associated with Majne Szwajne draws from, and our mission is to feed people with good food and joy! I invite you to travel through the culinary meanders of taste and life in harmony with nature and all its elements
– concludes the host.
