The congress is addressed to scientists, students and practitioners. It is also worth paying attention to the special event that will take place on 13 September – a session devoted to the implementation of good practices in areas such as HR, team management, and the promotion of health and safety at work.
Is a dialogue between the past and the present that creates the future, possible in contemporary trends in organizational psychology? Which direction would be a good one to take? – participants will look for answers to these and other questions during scientific sessions and behind the scenes.
The invitation to give plenary lectures was accepted by Rob Briner, Professor of Organizational Psychology at the School of Business and Management, University of London, who will give a lecture entitled: "The role of evidence-based practice in increasing the effectiveness of organizational psychology practitioners: Some practical examples and guidelines for practitioners and academics" and Joanna Czarnota-Bojarska, Professor at the University of Warsaw, who will discuss the issue of diversity.
