ACADEMIC SUPPORT CENTER

During your studies, it's common to face challenges that may affect your academic performance and well-being. Whether it's stress related to classes and exams or personal issues impacting your ability to learn and enjoy your time, it's important to know that support is available at the University of Lodz's Academic Support Centre.

Support Services

The Academic Support Centre offers assistance in various areas, including:

  • Psychological support
  • Financial advice
  • Crisis management
  • Personal development

How we help: if you're struggling with any of the above issues, the Academic Support Centre can arrange a confidential meeting with an expert. This provides you with an opportunity to discuss your challenges and feelings in a supportive environment.

Additional resources: apart from individual support, the Academic Support Centre also organises training courses. These include sessions on skilful time management, effective learning strategies, and other relevant topics aimed at enhancing your academic and personal success.
