Michał Hertel

CEO, BrandLift Customer Advocacy

He has been implementing projects in the areas of marketing, PR and business development for over 20 years. First, on the side of advertising agencies, where he co-authored award-winning advertising campaigns for brands such as Lech, Velvet, Dębica and Atlas. Later, he was responsible for the communication strategy and development of the Sphinx, Liberty Motors and Stacja Nowa Gdynia networks.

As a Marketing Director of MakoLab SA  (12 years) he was responsible for communication and business development. He participates in digital transformation projects, mainly for companies from the automotive, fintech and consumer goods sectors.
From 2023, CEO at BrandLift Customer Advocacy. BrandLift, founded in 2019, is one of the fastest growing martech agencies in Poland, implementing campaigns via a proprietary marketing automation platform.
A graduate of MSGiP at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź. He also completed doctoral studies in management sciences at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz.

Michał Hertel is also the Chairman of the Task Force for Strategy and Promotion of ICT Central Poland Cluster, bringing together companies from the IT industry, business environment units and academic centers. Mentor in the Mentoring Project from the first edition.
