Manager with extensive international experience in the banking and service and manufacturing industries. He has wide competences in strategy building, implementation of modern business models and operational management of sales and marketing.
He took part in launching and restructuring leading financial institutions in Poland: mBank, PKO BP, Pekao SA. He is one of the co-creators of the mBank strategy and the creator of the MultiBank business model. From 2008 to 2011, he held the position of Managing Director at Commerzbank Ukraine, where he was responsible for implementing the strategy and developing retail banking.
His CV includes projects implemented for his hometown. He co-created the strategy for the New Centre of Łódź and the business model and functional concept for the Games and Comics Centre.
From 2018 to 2024, he was Vice President at EDC Expert Direct Communication, which is the market leader in mass mail handling and direct marketing in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is active in the marketing community in Poland: he is a member of the board of the Polish Marketing Association and the chapter of the prestigious Golden Arrow competition.
A graduate of International Economic Relations and the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. He completed an Executive MBA programme organised by the Faculty of Management and R. H. Smith School of Business. He supplemented his education with management courses at INSEAD. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Sport Psychology.
After work, he is passionate about sport and personal development. He is a triathlete and mental coach and serves as a member of the National Team of amateurs in triathlon - a participant of the European Championships in 2022 and 2024. He is a multimedalist of the Polish Aquabike Championships.
