A graduate of the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz (Management and Marketing) as well as of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, UL (Sociology).
Passionate about all topics related to organization and management, with particular emphasis on marketing and sales strategies as well as team leadership.
For over 10 years, Adam developed various L'Oréal brands on the markets in Europe: he was Marketing Director of Garnier and Maybelline brands in Poland, and then took over the responsibility for the Garnier brand as Marketing Director in Western Europe.
For 4 years he has been the General Director of the Consumer Products Division, first in Kiev, being responsible for Ukraine and the Caucasus Countries, and currently in Warsaw, developing business in Poland and the Baltic States.
In recent years, he and his team have been focusing on digital transformation in marketing and e-commerce and increasing the company's involvement in social responsibility projects.
A fan of cinema, live music and storytelling, he shares his business passions with students during classes at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
