- linguistic diversity.
During the meeting in France the teaching offer and scientific potential of the University of Lodz were presented to the partner universities. The implemented international projects, publications and classes conducted in English were presented in detail.
Currently, joint initiatives as part of the EU Green are already being carried out, e.g., students from partner universities take part in the summer school organised by the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, UL and joint applications under the Erasmus+ programme have been submitted for the students exchange and administrative visitations.
The EU Green network will allow for, among others, international promotion of events initiated by the Faculties of our University, such as: conferences, publications, seeking „key speakers” in the key fields for the Faculties.
Activity calendar
Currently we are looking for partners in the following two projects:
EUROPEAN NOMADIC VIRTUAL REALITY DESIGN EXPERIENCES announced by the European Commission as part of the new edition of the Kreatywna Europa 2021-2027 [Creative Europe 2021-2017] programme and
JOINT MASTER IN LAW & FINANCE under Erasmus Mundus programme.
Detailed information on the initiatives can be found below the article (PDF files). If you are interested in joining the projects, please feel free to contact International Hub, UL.
Till the end of October, we plan to complete a detailed mapping of cooperation fields in the above mentioned areas. Then, the Faculties of our University will obtain precise information which of the partner universities are the most similar in terms of research and what subjects they deal with. We recommend that the Faculties, independently get familiar with the specifics of research carried out at the partner universities and in case of interest in cooperation with a particular researcher/scientific unit, contact the International Hub. Also information on events planned at the Faculties will be forwarded to the universities from the UE Green network.
University of Lodz has also committed itself to organise an international interdisciplinary conference with the participation of the network partners in November 2022.
