The delegation consisting of Joanna Korczyńska (Science Centre), Katarzyna Pardyka and Dr Maciej Jażdżewski (International Hub) attended sessions, lectures, a symposium on leadership, and, above all, held daily meetings with representatives of universities from all over the world.
At the stand as part of the Ready, Study, Go! Poland campaign coordinated by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), apart from the University of Lodz, Poland is represented by 17 universities and a representative of CRASP. The entire delegation received the patronage and care of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington, D.C. and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago.
During the grand opening ceremony, an inspiring lecture was delivered by Luis von Ahn, the co-founder and CEO of Duolingo, a popular language learning platform and an educational app. Moreover, the University of Lodz delegation held meetings with universities from Japan, Turkey, Taiwan, Georgia, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, India and Hong Kong.
