Thanks to the support of the Internet Society Foundation and the GigaNet academic research network, participants will talk about cybersecurity, privacy, Artificial Intelligence and many other aspects of the application of international law in cyberspace with experts from The London School of Economics and Political Science – LSE Blavatnik School of Government University of Oxford, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem ICANN and Queen Mary University of London.
The participants will also talk about digital sovereignty, critical infrastructure, SpaceX and European plans for the Internet from the IRIS2 satellite. This is also an opportunity to share one’s research.

Lodz Cyber HUB at the University of Lodz
Lodz Cyber Hub, headed by Dr Joanna Kulesza, was established to conduct interdisciplinary research combining public international law, political relations and multi-stakeholder governance, with particular emphasis on Internet governance.
LCH focuses on supporting decision-making processes and building intellectual potential on current issues related to the information society, including:
- application of international law in cyberspace,
- cybersecurity and the fight against cybercrime,
- protection of human rights, with particular emphasis on
- the right to privacy, personal data protection,
- freedom of expression, platform responsibility and
- new media law, including social media.
