We are currently recruiting for the following departments:
1. Speakers department in charge of deciding who of all recruiters will be a speaker at our TEDx event, preparing speakers. Requirements:
- Teamwork skills
- English at C1 level
- Experience in public speaking (Toastmasters/TEDx/MUN/Sales Work) or extensive experience in watching TEDx talks.
2. Production department responsible for the entire event production and experience design, conceptual work related to: room decoration, set design, musical setting, department supervising all roles related to the content production, stage, technology and video management. Requirements:
- Teamwork skills
- Experience in content design and production or
- Experience in installing audio and video equipment
3. Special department in charge of creating the "TEDx experience" for our guests, dealing with registration, workshops and participants' experiences (audience training, speech by the master of ceremony), post-event evaluation. Requirements:
- Creativity, responsibility and innovation.
- Experience in public speaking/emotionally engaging audiences.
- Knowledge of Word/Excel.
4. Design department responsible for creating the event logo, website, branding materials and other aesthetic elements of the event. Requirements:
- Experience in design
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop
- Experience in branding/aesthetics
5. Marketing Department in charge of social media and the event website, creating a strong online presence including website, blog and social media content. In short, the taks of the department is to promote our event. Requirements:
- Marketing experience
- Experience in branding
- Experience in creating short social media content
- Knowledge of Canva
6. Volunteer Department responsible for managing volunteers: prepares them for the event and coordinates them during the event.
