Registration of applications for a place takes place exclusively via Usosweb after receiving access to log into the system.

Applying for the UL dormitory applies to persons with an active status of a student at the University of Lodz in the academic year 2021/2022 and who have access to the Usosweb IT system:
(a) students of the University of Lodz who start their next degree in the academic year 2021/2022,
b) those accepted for studies at the University of Lodz from the recruitment process,
c) UL students from higher years applying for a place in a SD,
d) doctoral students and participants of doctoral schools of the University of Lodz,
e) those UL students who in the first round of applying for a SD place did not complete the application registration process in the Usosweb system (application status - completed, corrected, withdrawn for correction).
Timetable for opening rounds and registration of applications in Usosweb for Poles:
a) 26.08.2021-09.09.2021 - opening of the second round,
b) 10-14.09.2021 - verification and issuing of a decision on granting a place in a SD on the basis of applications registered in the 2nd round and accepted for consideration by the University Committee for granting places in student dormitories of the University of Lodz,
c) 15.09.2021-26.09.2021 - opening of the 3rd round,
d) 27-29.09.2021 - verification and issuing decision on granting a place in a SD on the basis of applications registered in the 3rd round and accepted for consideration by the University Committee for the allocation of places in student dormitories of the University of Lodz,
e) 01.10.-10.10.2021- opening of the 4th round, decisions will be made from 11-13.10.2021.
Schedule for opening of rounds and registration of applications in Usosweb for International Students:
(a) 19.07.2021-23.07.2021 - opening of the 2nd round,
b) 26-30.07.2021 - verification and issuing decision on granting a place in a SD on the basis of applications registered in the 2nd round and accepted for consideration by BWZ UŁ,
c) 15.09.2021-26.09.2021 - opening of the 3rd round,
d) 27-29.09.2021 - verification and issuing decision on granting a place in a SD on the basis of applications registered in the 3rd round and accepted for consideration by BWZ UŁ.
Applications for a single room, a room for a parent with a child will be considered by the University Committee for the allocation of SD places at the end of September (27-29.09.2021), and information on this matter will be sent directly to the dormitory after the applications have been considered.
Only an application that is complete and correctly registered in the Usosweb system will be considered by the University's DS/BWZ Accommodation Allocation Committee (the status of the application changes from registered to ready for consideration-considered).
The committees do not consider applications that have the following status: completed, corrected, withdrawn for correction.
Information about the assigned dormitory will appear in Usosweb, the student is informed by e-mail about each change in the status of the application (the status of the application: from registered changes to ready for consideration and will finally be considered by the University Committee for the allocation of places in SD/BWZ).After logging in to his/her Usosweb account, the student checks the decision on the allocated place in the student dormitory in the application details.
This year we do not require a paper version of the application for a SD place registered in the Usosweb system.
If you decide to give up your place, please inform the reception of the student dormitory in question immediately by e-mail or telephone. Contact the staff of the UL student dormitories is available at cos.uni.lodz.pl in the Contact-Academics tab.
Important!!!! The announcement was prepared on the basis of the current internal regulations of the University as well as government regulations.
In case of various, unforeseen circumstances, the decisions previously made by the University Authorities may be changed based on the current epidemiological situation at the UL campus.
