As part of the UNIC Series of Workshops on Lifelong Learning, Ruhr-University encourages employees of the UNIC partner universities to participate in the event, whose theme concerns adaptive learning to meet individual learning needs in a learner centred context of continuing professional development. The workshop: Adaptive learning in continuing professional development will be held on 24 January (10:00 a.m. – 11 a.m.) and it will be delivered via Zoom platform.
Continuing education is increasingly moving into the private sphere of learners. The difficulty of reconciling continuous professional development with the family life of learners poses new demands related to the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the learning process.
