Sebastian Grochala is a Marketing and Communications Manager and Spokesperson at the Neurosurgery Clinics. He is responsible for all Public Relations activities, internal and external communication, all marketing activities of the Company and the Facilities managed by the Clinics of Neurosurgery - Radom Oncology Centre, Gamma Knife Centre in Warsaw, Specialist Hospital in Brzeziny and Radom Family Centre.
Practitioner of broadly understood communications, PR and marketing in large companies, NGOs and local government institutions. From 2010 to 2018, he was a spokesperson and head of the internal and external communications team at the City Transport Company in Łódź (MPK). Since 2018, he has been responsible for marketing and internal and external communications of the largest employer in the Polish aviation industry – LS Airport Services S.A. and LS Technics Sp. z o.o., dealing with aircraft ground handling and maintenance. From 2020 to 2023, he held the position of Marketing and Communications Director of the Polish Pharmaceutical Group. He is a winner of the 2020/2021 Marketing Director of the Year Competition in the categories: Best COVID Marketing Response and for the best marketing team.
He is a graduate of Polish Philology at the University of Lodz as well as PR and Strategic Communication studies at the Warsaw School of Economics
