Jacek Olczak joined Philip Morris Polska Distribution in 1993 as a manager in the Finance and Administration Department. After working at Philip Morris International (PMI) in Lausanne in 1995 as a manager in the Internal Control Department, he returned to Poland in 1996 and held various positions in the Finance, Sales and Operations Departments.
From 2002 to 2006, he worked at various locations in Central Europe and the Baltic States. In 2004, he became the Managing Director for Poland and the Baltics. In October 2006, he became the Managing Director for Germany and Austria. In 2018, he took up the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Philip Morris International, Jacek Olczak worked at BDO Binder in London and Warsaw.
Jacek Olczak holds a master's degree in economics obtained at the University of Lodz.
