INTERESTS

My research focuses on developing innovative catalysts for energy generation and environmental protection, with an emphasis on advancing materials for photo-, electro-, and photoelectrochemical applications. I am particularly interested in designing nanostructured materials—including 3D graphene, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), and composite nanomaterials with tailored morphologies such as nanoflowers, nanosheets, and nanobelts. These materials have promising applications in processes like water splitting, CO₂ reduction, supercapacitor, and methanol oxidation, which are critical for sustainable energy solutions.

To optimize these materials, I utilize various synthesis techniques, including solvo/hydrothermal methods, annealing, and precipitation, which allow for precise control over their structure and functionality. My work also extends to environmental applications, aiming to create catalysts that can degrade pollutants and support cleaner industrial processes.

In my research, I employ advanced electrochemical techniques such as faradaic spectroscopy and differential square wave voltammetry to analyze analyte, reaction mechanisms, enhance catalyst activity, and drive efficiency improvements. I am interest to apply these two techniques for energy application such as methanol oxidation and CO2 reduction reactions. Ultimately, my goal is to develop scalable, high-performance materials that contribute to clean energy innovation and environmental sustainability.
