INTERESTS

The ultimate question of life the universe and everything?

Scientific research interests:

Structural biology of proteins of hemostatic proteins CryoEM, and above all the contact system and kininogenesis system using the technique of cryoelectron microscopy(CryoEM) - studying the structure of kininogens. Docking ligands in the search for new drugs and learning about protein functions. Molecular evolution, phylogenetics, molecular modelling, docking, dynamics and bioinformatics in the field of biochemistry of proteins of hemostasis and drug design, with particular emphasis on the importance of contact proteases (FXI, FXII, PK) in thrombotic diseases. Simulations of ligand binding to proteins - molecular docking. Structural prediction, modelling, molecular dynamics and other analyses of proteins. Drug likeliness prediction. Molecular mechanisms of modifications caused by oxidative stress in proteins of blood coagulation system.
