supervising the implementation and coordinating of employees' tasks in the field of recruitment, course of study, quality of education, student disciplinary matters, distance learning;
drafting legal acts, giving opinions and interpreting drafts and regulations in force;
supervising the proper functioning of the recruitment system, planning and coordinating the recruitment process at the University of Lodz;
substantive support for faculties in the design and development of study programmes;
participation in meetings of the University Council for the Quality of Education, the Commission for the Improvement of Teaching and, as an advisory measure, the Committee for Study Regulations and the Commission for Student and Didactic Affairs;
coordinating the work of the Didactic Excellence Team supporting Academic Teachers in improving their teaching competences.
