SCIENTIFIC AND SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES

POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. My RESEARCH obligations within the employment as an assistant professor in the Department of Management at the University of Lodz include the following:

  • carrying out research (concerning new technologies, artificial intelligence, social robots, etc., as well as the gender effect with regard to these notions);
  • publishing papers with regard to the above;
  • participating in scientific seminars and conferences;
  • distributing the results of academic research;
  • searching for funding for scientific research;
  • advancing and mastering my own qualifications within broadly understood science as well as in the context of my own research and academic projects.


2. My TEACHING obligations as an academic lecturer employed in the Department of Management at the University of Lodz include the following:

  • conducting courses within full-time studies, part-time studies, and mobility programmes, both in Polish and in English;
  • preparing and working out didactic materials for the conducted courses;
  • supervising students' projects and exams;
  • supervising and reviewing theses and dissertations;
  • being available for consultation with students;
  • advancing and mastering my own qualifications within my teaching obligations as well as broadly understood teaching methodics (also in the context of remote teaching and hybrid teaching).

My administrative obligations as a Junior Specialist employed in the Section for Internationalisation in the Unit for the Quality of Teaching and Student Services at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz include the following:

  • realising the process of internationalisation at the Faculty;
  • comprehensive realising of the student affairs connected with the course of studies;
  • attending on mobility programmes, including the Erasmus+ Programme;
  • doing all that is connected with the recruitment process for English-language study programmes as well as preparing documentation connected with undertaking studies;
  • documenting and recording the course of studies;
  • the general supervising of international students and mobility programmes implemented at the Faculty;
  • the general dealing with issues related to the Faculty's visiting professors;
  • the comprehensive working on the EWP system (Erasmus Without Papers);
  • cooperating with the University's International Relations Office as well as International Hub.
