- Conducting classes: Stress Psychology, Health Psychology, Modification of Pathogenic Behaviors, Relaxation and Concentration Training, Developing of Health Resources, Psychological Aspects of Somatic Illness, Relaxation Techniques: theory and practice, Master's Seminar.
- Conducting scientific research in the field of health psychology, geropsychology and positive psychology, with a particular focus on the following issues:
- Healthy lifestyle and well-being in different periods of human life – psycholosocial determinants
- Psychological aspects of healthy aging
- Well-being in school – the perspective of students and teachers

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
A graduate in Psychology from the University of Łódź, she earned her PhD in Humanities in the field of Psychology at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. Since 2015, she has held the position of assistant professor in the Department of Health Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, University of Łódź. With extensive professional experience as a practicing psychologist, she specializes in providing psychological support in healthcare and social service institutions, as well as conducting training sessions and workshops that develop psychosocial competencies. She has served as the principal investigator and/or team member in numerous international projects funded by the European Commission, focused on promoting mental health and social-emotional skills. Additionally, she has completed several teaching and research internships through the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program (University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic, University of Applied Sciences in Dornbirn, Austria). Actively engaged in science outreach for senior communities, she currently works with the Educational Senior Support and Activity Center “EDU-SOWA” at the University of Łódź Senior Center. A member of the Polish Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association, and the European Society for Research in Adult Development, as well as a delegate representing Poland in the Standing Committee on Geropsychology of the European Federation of Psychologists´ Associations (EFPA).

Non-scientific interests: running, music, literature.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Rector's Individual Award of the University of Lodz for the thematic publication series “Successful Aging - Measurement, Characteristics, Determinants” (2021).
- Rector's Team Award of the University of Lodz for the thematic publication series “Well-Being of Students in the Era of Digital Technologies – From the Experience of Polish Students, Through Measurement, Towards Interventions in an International Context” (2024; team: M. Zadworna - leader, K. Kossakowska - team member).
- Dean's Awards for Scientific Activity from the Faculty of Educational Sciences (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023), IDUB Award for high-impact publications (2023), Pro-Rector's Award for Science of the University of Lodz in the competition "Bonuses for Grants Obtained from External Sources" (2023).
- Recipient of the Grant for Experienced Researchers of the University of Lodz (2022), as well as three times recipient of the Dean's Grant from the Faculty of Educational Sciences (2016, 2017, 2018).
