POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Organizing and conducting courses / trainings / webinars for Academic Teachers on traditional education methodology, organization of the teaching process, professional development in teaching methodology;
  • Analyzing the needs of Academic Teachers in the implementation of courses / trainings and webinars;
  • Preparing instructional materials and guides for Academic Teachers;
  • Preparing content materials for the courses / trainings / webinars conducted;
  • Designing and organizing the structure, concepts and scenarios of teaching activities, assisting in the analysis of materials used to date and supporting the implementation of activities;
  • Supporting Academic Teachers in traditional teaching during teaching consultations;
  • Supporting Academic Teachers in adapting course methodologies to the established learning outcomes, methodologies for verification of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes and development of traditional teaching activities;
  • Involvement in the drafting of university legislation, instructions and guidelines related to education.

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

I am a graduate of the uniform full-time master's degree program at the Faculty of Management of the University of Łódź (2008) and the full-time doctoral program at the same Faculty (2013). I received my PhD degree in the discipline of management sciences in 2014. In 2021, I completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz in the field of " Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology".

From 2023 - Traditional Education Methodologist, Recruitment and Didactic Excellence Center.

2014-2022 - Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management, UŁ.

I have twice been awarded a grant for Young Researchers from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

INTERESTS

My research interests focus on value for the customer, neuromarketing, the behavior of modern buyers, marketing in the cultural market and fashion marketing.

Personal interests revolve around books and handicrafts.
