ELECTIONS TO THE FACULTY COUNCIL OF THE STUDENTS' SELF-GOVERNMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LODZ
On June 15, 2023, the University Electoral Commission of the Student Self-Government of the University of Lodz adopted the schedule of elections to the Faculty Councils of the Student Self-Government of the University of Lodz for the 2023-2025 term. The elections will be conducted using electronic means of communication - the USOSweb election module (located in the "FOR ALL" tab after logging into USOSweb). Voting for all faculties of the University of Lodz will take place on June 30, 2023 from 8:00 to 18:00.
Student candidates with a passive electoral right may submit their candidacies only on their own, electronically, by sending a candidature application via e-mail to the following address: ukwss@uni.lodz.pl. The candidacy application must be sent from the e-mail address assigned to the student's profile in USOSweb. The application must contain the following information: name, surname, album number, Faculty and an indication of the body to which the student applies to apply. The deadline for applications is June 25. at 8:00. Submission of the candidacy application means consent to the publication of the application and verification by the UKWSS UŁ of the student's electoral rights.
The active and passive electoral right to the Faculty Councils of the Student Self-Government of the University of Lodz is held by students of a given faculty who have the status of a student of the University of Lodz, excluding students who have been legally suspended from exercising the passive and active electoral right by the Disciplinary Committee.
If the number of submitted candidates is equal to or lower than the number of WRSS members to be elected, voting is not carried out and the submitted candidates receive a WRSS member mandate.
Each student with an active electoral right may submit to the UKWSS UŁ in the electronic form to the following address: ukwss@uni.lodz.pl electoral protest against the result of elections to the Faculty Councils of the Student Government of the University of Lodz or for the selection of a specific candidate - in elections in which he participated or was entitled to participate, within 7 days from the date of voting. The protest should contain an indication of the alleged irregularity and the evidence confirming it.
The submitted candidates and the results of the elections to the Faculty Councils of the Student Government of the University of Lodz will be published on the website: www.uni.lodz.pl/wybory-w-grupie-studentow-ul.
