Metody optymalizacji globalnej

Optymalizacja globalna z wykorzystaniem algorytmów genetycznych, metaheurystycznych bądź sieci neuronowych

Logika odwracalna

Współczesne układy cyfrowe charakteryzują się znaczną dyssypacją energii. Już w latach 60tych Landauer pokazał że każda strata informacji oznacza dyssypację energii. Logika odwracalna zakłada budowę systemu z użyciem elementów nie pozwalających na utratę informacji a co za tym idzie pozwalają na minimalizację zużycia energii. Badania prowadzone w skupiają się głównie na metodach syntezy układów odwracalnych.
