A graduate of MBA studies at Kozminski University, of postgraduate studies in Diplomacy, HRM, Management and Marketing and Pedagogy at the University of Lodz. A specialist in building franchise and partner networks. He has completed many training courses in sales, leadership, relationship building, PR, NLP, Kaizen, as well as international negotiations at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. He has qualifications of a trainer, representative and manager of the ISO 27001 information security management system. He is a member of the Council of the Lodz Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The founder of ILS, one of the largest translation companies in Poland, Hutchinson Institute, and currently the President of the company in the modern technology industry – Terra Hexen, dealing with unmanned systems and the detection and neutralisation of drones. His companies and social activities were repeatedly awarded with the emblem of Solidna Firma 2005, 2008, 2010, Quality International 2013, the Łódzko / ludzko odpowiedzialni 2012 award, he has received a letter of thanks from the President of the Republic of Poland, the Bronze Consumer Laurel 2005, he conducts a wide and intense CSR activity. Privately, a happy husband and father of three children, he likes Balkan cuisine and traveling, he has already visited over 40 countries.
