Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lodz. Has has been working in public administration for over 20 years. From 2006 to 2011 he was the President of the Łódź Special Economic Zone. As the First Deputy Mayor of the City of Łódź, he managed departments responsible for matters essential for the investment process. He was also responsible for the development and investment policy in the city.
