He graduated with a master's degree in economics, followed by a doctoral degree in Management at the University of Lodz in 2009. He worked at one of the largest housing cooperatives in Łódź on all organisational levels. He has 15 years of experience in management positions at global companies, such as Saint Gobain and Lafarge.
He had been a regional director at Raab Karcher Building Materials (now Saint Gobain) for 8 years, and had also been employed as the CEO at Lafarge Roofing in Poland for 7 years. He then became a Regional Manager of the Eastern European Region covering Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, the Baltic Countries, Georgia and Armenia. Since 2009, he had been a member of the Management Board of "Techem" – Techniki Pomiarowe Sp. z o.o. in Poznań. Until 27 January 2016, he served as a President of the Management Board of Exalo Drilling S.A., in the PGNiG Group.
He is socially active as a President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Home Builders, based in Warsaw. It is one of the few associations that participates in committees of the Ministry of Construction. He is also a member of the audit committee of Przedsiębiorstwo Modernizacji Urządzeń Energetycznych REMAK S.A. based in Chorzów, which is part of the ZARMEN holding and operates for the energy, mining and coking industry.
