She has served as Managing Director of Infosys BPO Poland since 2010.
She is responsible for managing the Infosys BPO centre operating in Lodz, which is the company's largest unit outside India. Managed by Agnieszka Jackowska-Durkacz, the centre employs more than 1,900 specialists implementing advanced BPO and ITO processes for clients from 48 countries in 24 foreign languages. She is a member of the Strategic Council and Audit Committee of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL).
Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director of Infosys BPO Poland, she held the position of the HR Director at Infosys BPO Europe from 2007 to 2010, where her responsibilities included standardizing and implementing HR tools across the company's European branches, introducing management training for middle managers, and implementing innovative recruitment methods.
In 2007-2008, Agnieszka Jackowska-Durkacz played a significant role in the transformation process of Philips' Lodz centre into an Infosys BPO Poland centre. Since 2003, she co-managed the project to establish Philips' Shared Service Centre in Lodz for financial and accounting services and, as HR Manager, was responsible for managing HR processes in the sales, purchasing, controlling, and distribution departments.
Agnieszka Jackowska-Durkacz is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. She also completed postgraduate studies in human resource management. She is a certified ICC (International Coaching Community) coach.
