Tomasz Bogus is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. He passed the bar exam in 1999. He also completed postgraduate studies in retail banking at the Banking Administration Institute in the USA, as well as numerous training courses, including a course in management, organised by the Harvard Business School and INSEAD in France.
Tomasz Bogus has been involved in banking since the beginning of his career. From 1991 to 1998 he worked at Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy, where, among other things, he held the position of a deputy director of the Key Corporate Clients Department. Then, from 1998 to 2001, he was a director of the Branch of Austria Creditanstalt Bank in Łódź. From 2001 to 2008, he worked at BRE Bank as Head of MultiBank until 2006 and later served as Managing Director of the Corporate Banking Area. From 2008 to 2015, he was associated with Bank Pocztowy, where he initially served as a member of the Management Board and later as a President of the Management Board. From 2015 to 2017, he was a President of the Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas. He currently holds the position of President of the Supervisory Board – Chief Strategy Officer Co-founder of Xchanger.
