  1. I carry out and participate in scientific research and development work,

I teach full-time and part-time courses (a lecture on Organisational and Management Psychology, a specialisation lecture on Human Resource Management, an exercise on Managing Professional Development of Employees, a lecture for Erasmus+ Work and Organisational Psychology students, a master's seminar),

  8. I conduct and review diploma theses,
  9. I take care of the high quality of education and compliance of the didactic work with the principles of the internal system of education quality assurance,

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

I am a habilitated PhD, a university professor at the Institute of Psychology, University of Lodz, and a graduate of the Mini MBA Postgraduate Program. From 2016 to 2020, I served as the Deputy Director of Science at the Institute of Psychology, University of Lodz.

I specialise in issues of work and organisational psychology. I am the author of more than 80 scientific publications in high-scoring journals (including three monographs). My book entitled "The phenomenon of multi-work. Psychological determinants and consequences" (2014) published by the University of Lodz Publishing House was nominated for the prestigious Theophrast Prize for the best psychology book.

I educate students in the field of psychology. I give lectures, exercises and master's seminars, also lectures for students of the ERASMUS+ programme.

I am a member of the team led by Prof. Dorota Merecz-Kot, Ph.D., UŁ, in the NCN Chanse Call project (2022-2025) entitled New Challenges for Health and Safety at Work in Transition in Europe: the Role of Digital Work Platforms (GIG-OSH UMO-2021/03/Y/HS6/00267) and the Interdisciplinary Research Grant entitled "The Role of Digital Work Platforms in Transition" (GIG-OSH UMO-2021/03/Y/HS6/00267). Selected Factors of the Entrepreneurial Process in Re-entrepreneurs (Head, Dr. Jarosław Ropęga, Prof. UŁ), (12/IGB/2024, 2024-2025).
